好久不看电视，今天打开BBC World，发现HardTalk栏目正在采访刘明康，上网一查，发现他们做了一个系列的HardTalk in China。Stephen Sackur 采访了下面这些人：

看了刘明康和吴昌华的采访，当官的说话反而更坦率。刘说了不少有意思的东西，特别把次级按揭给中国出口带来的压力看作为一个调整中国产业结构的机会。他说，我们不想要这么多污染，也不需要用污染换来这么多外汇储备。在记者问道中国政府这么在意控制，怎么没有控制住通货膨胀的时候，刘明康说如果政府失控了，通货膨胀就不是8%，而是两位数了。（其实8%和10%很近，而且粮食价格上涨早就是两位数了。）看到有中国官员坦率的和外界沟通，还是很新鲜的事情，起码没有任何中国媒体有机会和胆量做到。但是轮到民间的吴昌华接受采访时，因为她所受的限制就大多了，没有怎么敢说话，完全不像一个有政策目的非政府组织在说话。当主持人为，中国应不应该加入一个后《京都议定书》的减排条约，吴昌华的回答比美国政府还兜圈子，让人失望。

楼主“Impossible is 0 ” 从议事规则看是合理的。
一表明立场，二提出建议。建议内容亦非无理取闹。
说合理的方面，任何一个名词非人类文明传承验证皆不可准确表达所指。
小组名在创建前期征求过多人意见，实际上，“旁观中国”只是当时所有意见中最能确切表达本组所指的一个，并也在于四字词的简练。
然而，这四个字组成的词并非专有名词。不象比如“共和国”，或其定语“联邦”、“邦联”，皆有不可混淆的所指。
故，在小组介绍中，还必须加上一些释义才能准确表达。
那么，就现阶段理解来看。如“关注中国”的“关注”，显得有些官方。特别从中国的语境来说，谁“关注”呢？——仿佛有点官方，如，“XXX关注事态发展”，来自上面的说法。“旁观”，上面总不会说“XXX旁观了X事”吧。
而实际上，上面让大部分人只能采用的姿态是“旁观”，不管是自己人还是外国人。
不愿“旁观”的立场想必加入这小组的同学都潜在或显现的有，否则，也失去某种正义的动机了。
观看和表述的方式，通过这个行为，已经不再是“旁观”了。毕竟，视频是个“热媒体”。

这个CCTY正忙xxx记实。
先说声音部分，该片前半部的同期声部分明显是配上的，处理过的，（一直铺着同一个没有变化的瞎机吧群声混乱处于高频尖叫的音轨，即使场景变换和镜头切换时该音轨都没变）。
有的音效也是后期搞上去的（比如同一场景的单镜头里，怎么有的扔石头或舞棒棒的就有砸的音效，而近景的相似动作却没音效了捏？仿佛麦克风放在摄影机更远处）。傻逼。
在中后部分开始叙述被毁的一组房屋空镜时，一直无同期声，只有解说，忽然，一个室内的空镜里又出现了前述无变化高频。（即：我也复制粘贴形容文字——“一直铺着同一个没有变化的瞎机吧群声混乱处于高频尖叫的音轨”的同一个）——都平息了，都空镜了，该高频声音从何而来？其后几个空镜头，又恢复无同期声状态。
视频部分，请详细观察每个镜头的非主体部分。比如，任何一个镜头里非主体的人，比如路人。受访旁或背后的路人等等。
以及，镜头的推拉摇移的选择。
不是都录下来了吗？把素材带监控录像的原始镜头公布吧。
要长镜头，不要剪辑版。更不要后期处理版。
解说及采访音轨部分，勿需分析。

看了刘明康和吴昌华的采访，当官的说话反而更坦率。刘说了不少有意思的东西，特别把次级按揭给中国出口带来的压力看作为一个调整中国产业结构的机会。他说，我们不想要这么多污染，也不需要用污染换来这么多外汇储备。在记者问道中国政府这么在意控制，怎么没有控制住通货膨胀的时候，刘明康说如果政府失控了，通货膨胀就不是8%，而是两位数了。（其实8%和10%很近，而且粮食价格上涨早就是两位数了。）看到有中国官员坦率的和外界沟通，还是很新鲜的事情，起码没有任何中国媒体有机会和胆量做到。但是轮到民间的吴昌华接受采访时，因为她所受的限制就大多了，没有怎么敢说话，完全不像一个有政策目的非政府组织在说话。当主持人为，中国应不应该加入一个后《京都议定书》的减排条约，吴昌华的回答比美国政府还兜圈子，让人失望。

楼主“Impossible is 0 ” 从议事规则看是合理的。
一表明立场，二提出建议。建议内容亦非无理取闹。
说合理的方面，任何一个名词非人类文明传承验证皆不可准确表达所指。
小组名在创建前期征求过多人意见，实际上，“旁观中国”只是当时所有意见中最能确切表达本组所指的一个，并也在于四字词的简练。
然而，这四个字组成的词并非专有名词。不象比如“共和国”，或其定语“联邦”、“邦联”，皆有不可混淆的所指。
故，在小组介绍中，还必须加上一些释义才能准确表达。
那么，就现阶段理解来看。如“关注中国”的“关注”，显得有些官方。特别从中国的语境来说，谁“关注”呢？——仿佛有点官方，如，“XXX关注事态发展”，来自上面的说法。“旁观”，上面总不会说“XXX旁观了X事”吧。
而实际上，上面让大部分人只能采用的姿态是“旁观”，不管是自己人还是外国人。
不愿“旁观”的立场想必加入这小组的同学都潜在或显现的有，否则，也失去某种正义的动机了。
观看和表述的方式，通过这个行为，已经不再是“旁观”了。毕竟，视频是个“热媒体”。

这个CCTY正忙xxx记实。
先说声音部分，该片前半部的同期声部分明显是配上的，处理过的，（一直铺着同一个没有变化的瞎机吧群声混乱处于高频尖叫的音轨，即使场景变换和镜头切换时该音轨都没变）。
有的音效也是后期搞上去的（比如同一场景的单镜头里，怎么有的扔石头或舞棒棒的就有砸的音效，而近景的相似动作却没音效了捏？仿佛麦克风放在摄影机更远处）。傻逼。
在中后部分开始叙述被毁的一组房屋空镜时，一直无同期声，只有解说，忽然，一个室内的空镜里又出现了前述无变化高频。（即：我也复制粘贴形容文字——“一直铺着同一个没有变化的瞎机吧群声混乱处于高频尖叫的音轨”的同一个）——都平息了，都空镜了，该高频声音从何而来？其后几个空镜头，又恢复无同期声状态。
视频部分，请详细观察每个镜头的非主体部分。比如，任何一个镜头里非主体的人，比如路人。受访旁或背后的路人等等。
以及，镜头的推拉摇移的选择。
不是都录下来了吗？把素材带监控录像的原始镜头公布吧。
要长镜头，不要剪辑版。更不要后期处理版。

China is a vast country with an astonishingly diverse landscape and the world's largest population. Through unprecedented access, this six-part series reveals the little-known natural treasures and secret wildlife havens of China's wildest regions.
Programme 1: Heart of the Dragon
The improbable egg-carton hills of Southern China seem to float in a sea of glistening rice paddies. This is a landscape full of surprises. Next to peasants ploughing with buffaloes are rivers concealing dwarf alligators and giant salamanders, trained cormorants that catch fish for their masters, bats with unusual tastes and monkeys that hide in caves.
But this isn't a nature park. Almost 300 million people live here, with a tradition of eating wildlife. So what forces have shaped this remarkable landscape and how do farmers and wild creatures manage to coexist among the rocks and the rice fields?
Programme 2: Shangri-La
Hidden beneath billowing clouds, in China's remote south west, are perhaps the richest natural treasures in all China. Immense rivers carve their way south below towering peaks. The wind-swept slopes are home to the highest-living primates in the world and hidden in the valleys below are jungles with a diversity of wildlife comparable to those around the Amazon.
Jewel-coloured birds and ancient tribes share forests where wild elephants still roam. The mystery is that Yunnan's remote forests stretch into northern territories where deserts would normally be found. How can these northern forests exist? The rugged landscape holds the key.
Programme 3: Tibet
The Tibetan plateau covers a quarter of China – an area the size of Western Europe. This vast, windswept wilderness is one of the world's most remote places, defined by the glacier-strewn Himalayas. It's also home to some incredible wildlife such as the rare chiru, brown bears, wild yaks and the highest-living predators on Earth. There are more large creatures here than anywhere else in China.
Defined by over a thousand years of Buddhism, Tibet has a unique culture that has nurtured remarkable beliefs. The programme discovers why this landscape and ancient culture is the life support system for much of the planet.
Programme 4: Beyond the Great Wall
China's emperors built the Great Wall to keep their kingdom safe from the hostile barbarians to the north. This is a land of warrior tribes, bizarre wildlife and extreme weather, but also of vast and breathtaking evergreen forests, grassy plains and sweeping desert dunes, rich with history.
The legendary Silk Road drew traders and their camels across the deserts in search of fabulous wealth, and fierce Mongolian horsemen conquered the known world. Today, nomadic tribesmen still race horses and hunt with golden eagles, while tiny hamsters and Asia's last wild horses struggle to survive in the world's most northerly desert.
Programme 5: Land of the Panda
China's heartland with its Han people is the centre of a 5,000-year-old civilization. This land contains the Great Wall, the Temple of Heaven, and Beijing's Olympic Stadium and is home to some of China's most charismatic creatures such as the giant panda, golden snub-nosed monkey, and golden takin.
China has undergone significant development in the past 50 years, bringing many environmental problems. The programme explores the deep, complex and often extraordinary relationship between the Chinese peoples, their environment and its creatures, and finds out what it means for the future of China.
Programme 6: Tides of Change
From the eastern end of the Great Wall, China's coast spans 14,500km and more than 5,000 years of history. This is a place of huge contrasts: futuristic modern cities jostling with traditional seaweed-thatched villages, ancient tea terraces and wild wetlands where rare animals still survive.
Here Chinese white dolphins, red-crowned cranes, deadly vipers, giant sturgeon and sabre-wielding monkeys struggle to eke out a living faced by competition from 700 million people, widespread pollution and over-fishing. How China is managing such conflicting pressures has lessons for us all.

Huang began writing poems in the 1950s and has been imprisoned repeatedly for his work. In 1978, he founded “Enlightenment”, the first underground writers society, and started a literary magazine with the same title. In exile in the United States since 1997, he is currently resident poet in Pittsburgh under the Cities of Asylum program for writers.

Synopsis
Director, David Redmon shows "Mardi Gras : Made in china" that he follows itinerary of Mardi Gras beads from bead factory in Fuzhou, china to the place of carnival, New Orleans and then to exhibition of art works by recycling the beads art galleries in New York city. After two years of coaxing, Redmon finally convinced Dom Carlone(Bead distributor for Accent Annex) to allow him access to the factory. The film exposes the harsh reality of factory life, the tight rules and extreme discipline of beadwork, and the contrasting ways in which pleasure and pain are woven into the making and consuming of Mardi Gras beads. When each group is shown images of the other, their various reactions appear confusedly how the unfair system is kept in place or why Americans take off their clothes. Ultimately, "Mardi Gras: Made in China" is a story of globalization told with humor and sadness by the owner of a bead factory in China; the largest Mardi Gras bead distributor in the world; revelers who exchange beads during the festivities in New Orleans; a bead artist who
transforms the discards into art; and four teenage workers in China who make Mardi Gras beads all for the purpose of tossing them away. To quote the filmmaker, David Redmon, "it's a film that involves nudity, war, oil, exploitation of labor, social movements against capitalism, and beads."

is completing a feature documentary titled "Border Dreams". "Border Dreams" follows two maquiladora workers in Reynosa, Mexico who produce Victoria's Secret bras for North American consumers. His third work in progress is a documentary short titled "A Day in the Life of Palestine." His final project in the globalization series is titled "Carnivals of Resistance," which addresses five years of direct action in the Americas.

Synopsis
Director, David Redmon shows "Mardi Gras : Made in china" that he follows itinerary of Mardi Gras beads from bead factory in Fuzhou, china to the place of carnival, New Orleans and then to exhibition of art works by recycling the beads art galleries in New York city. After two years of coaxing, Redmon finally convinced Dom Carlone(Bead distributor for Accent Annex) to allow him access to the factory. The film exposes the harsh reality of factory life, the tight rules and extreme discipline of beadwork, and the contrasting ways in which pleasure and pain are woven into the making and consuming of Mardi Gras beads. When each group is shown images of the other, their various reactions appear confusedly how the unfair system is kept in place or why Americans take off their clothes. Ultimately, "Mardi Gras: Made in China" is a story of globalization told with humor and sadness by the owner of a bead factory in China; the largest Mardi Gras bead distributor in the world; revelers who exchange beads during the festivities in New Orleans; a bead artist who
transforms the discards into art; and four teenage workers in China who make Mardi Gras beads all for the purpose of tossing them away. To quote the filmmaker, David Redmon, "it's a film that involves nudity, war, oil, exploitation of labor, social movements against capitalism, and beads."
Director :
David Redmon is a self-taught independent filmmaker who assisted in creating the Calle y Media Collective. Redmon is devoted to establishing human, social, and economic justice through the weapon of filmmaking. "Mardi Gras: Made in China" is his first documentary.Currently, Redmon
is completing a feature documentary titled "Border Dreams". "Border Dreams" follows two maquiladora workers in Reynosa, Mexico who produce Victoria's Secret bras for North American consumers. His third work in progress is a documentary short titled "A Day in the Life of Palestine." His final project in the globalization series is titled "Carnivals of Resistance," which addresses five years of direct action in the Americas.
